Katy International Sports Complex (KISC), located in Katy, Texas, is a family-oriented sports field complex offering 9 turf field rentals 7 days a week, anytime day or night. The complex also promotes various sports programs for all age levels and corporate, tournament and special events throughout the year.

KISC is currently seeking Guest Services Assistants to extend our team! This is a great opportunity for someone who has the passion of soccer, wants to be part of a family-oriented environment and opportunity to grow!

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Review Check-ins of rentals and direct those for rentals to appropriate field.

· Check and review waivers to ensure completion for players

· Watch over fields during rentals to answer any questions or concerns to ensure no issues that may arise.

· Assist in maintaining field upkeep (pick up trash, tighten netting on goals, sweep fields, squeegee water off fields when needed)

· Assist in ensuring restrooms are checked every hour

· Assist in selling waters/Gatorade at check-in area

· Set up check-in area with cooler, table, chairs, and any other items needed

· Walk through parking area to ensure area is maintained from trash, parking issues and traffic flow is flowing safely.

· Assist in keeping club house organized with balls, vests, etc.

· Gather lost and found items and organize in club house

· Assist in special events for setup, check-ins and any other duties that may be assigned.

· Assist in resolving customer concerns.

· Performs other duties that may be assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

· Customer Service experience

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software

· Must pass a background and drug screen testing as required

· Must be able to work evenings and weekends; late hours as needed

· Must be authorized to work in the US

SKILLS

· Bilingual in Spanish a plus

· Highly and self-motivated with a desire to be successful

· Must have high level Customer Service delivery

· Service-oriented and able to resolve customer concerns

· Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone and through email

· Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills

· Positive attitude and work ethic

· Must be able to work as a team

· Must be able to take directions and execute in a timely manner

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Outside working conditions in various weather conditions
• Sitting, stooping, bending, pushing, and pulling
• Moving equipment when needed such as goals, benches, etc.
• Must be able to lift up to 75lbs
